MojoModz provides enhancement, refurbishment, and customisation options for legacy gaming equipment. While every effort is made to ensure reliable service, we are not accountable for faults or prior damage unrelated to the work requested.

By opting for modification or upgrade services, you accept the inherent risks involved - such changes may impact future functionality or existing warranties.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders must be submitted through our official platform using approved payment options. Full payment is required at checkout.

We ensure all transactions adhere to modern security standards in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Fulfilment times may vary depending on the specific service or product. For items sent in for work, turnaround is typically 3-4 weeks from the date the item is received unless otherwise stated. The same 3-4 week lead time also applies for further modifications requested to a "Ready Made" console.

6. Refurbishments and Send-Ins

By sending your item to MojoModz for refurbishment, modification, or diagnostics, you acknowledge and accept the following:

* Repairs (in this instance "refurbishments") are conducted with due care, but some risk is inherent in working with old or previously damaged electronics.
* While rare, further faults may develop during or after servicing. MojoModz is not liable for loss of functionality or additional issues arising during the repair process.
* Refurbishment services are non-refundable, as they cover the time and labour involved regardless of the outcome.
* Our current repair success rate is high, but successful repair is not guaranteed.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely for transit. MojoModz is not liable for damage incurred during shipping to or from our facility.
* MojoModz reserves the right to refuse repair (refurbishment) on items that are deemed unserviceable or unsafe.
* MojoModz is not a repair service. "Repairs" are constitued as part of the requested refurbishment(s) and that we do not generally undertake "fault finding" or general repair work, unless explicitly agreed upon a certain instance with a customer.
* The customer must ensure they are sending a functioning (or prior confirmed known fault if explicity agreed with a customer) and working state device.
* We are not liable to any issues that may arise from a prior defect or previous modification or modification attempts.

7. Returns

MojoModz offers a limited 30-day returns on custom consoles supplied by us. This limited 30-days returns excludes damage from misuse, mishandling, third-party modifications, or external factors. Broken warranty seals constitute to this.

No warranty is provided for hardware sent to us by the customer unless agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring items sent for service are in working condition. If faults are found that were not disclosed, the item may be returned without service. In such cases, your order will be refunded minus return shipping and a £20 service fee.

Product must be returned using originally provided packaging used during shipping. The product must not show any signs of use or damage, differing from it's original condition at the point of sale - it must be in the same condition we sent it to you.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, graphics, logos, videos, and written materials, is the property of MojoModz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, or use any of our content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

MojoModz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or use, arising out of or related to:

* Faults caused by improper use, neglect, modification, or third-party intervention post-service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the service or product in question.
